Methods The spinal cord neurons of Wistar rats at 14-day gestation were isolated and cultured. The neuronal processes were then injured by cutting. At different time points after injury, TUNEL method was employed to detect the apoptotic neurons. 方法取孕14天的Wistar大鼠脊髓神经元进行培养,划痕损伤神经元突起,对神经元损伤前后的凋亡变化进行观察。
